Were going to start drawing  a character using a simple wire frame  for this example, will use a basic, standing pose so you can see how works.

Draw  the wireframe human figure, adding circles and ovals(as show in the picture to the ovals) between the joints where muscles should go. Make them slender for a lean character like this one, or thinker for a bulkier build. Keep in mind that you still want to practice al types, and that anime character don't tend to be as muscular as western cartoon character. The forearm and calf muscles don't continue all the way to the wrist and ankles because the limb narrow toward this joints.

The painting History in Philippines

On May Fernando Amorsolo, declared the first National Artist in Painting in 1972 and the "Grand Old Man of Philippine Art", was born in Paco, Manila.

Juan Luna (1857–1899)

Probably the most famous Filipino artist in history due to his political activism and involvement in the revolution in 1898, Juan Luna’s most famous painting is the Spolarium. I’ve personally seen it, I was 14 years old and it was indeed majestic, spectacular and very dramatic. His art style is normally symbolismwith elements of romanticism.
